Grand Palace Hotel

people staff location food

no complains

Staff was helpful. Great location. Taxi service on sight. 2 restaurants. Free WiFi that worked for us.

Kind staff. Thats it

poor conditions Furniture from 70s .. i forgot to take pictures ,, its really bad ,, and also very poor internet connection.

We came to swim and, boy was it perfect!! Lovely staff, comfortable room. Will absolutely do this again! Great value!

Tv did not work in my room and the room service menu was quite limited.

Happy with my stay in Grand palace hotel. Staff specially Maher were good and helpful. Buffet food at restaurant of the hotel were grateful with variety of food and deserts. If I revisit Joradan, I book this hotel again.

The facilities are great, such as the pool and the gym. Breakfast is really good. The hotel is old but very clean.

Location as there are no shops close by.

I really like the breakfast. There were a lot of options and the staff at the diner were very professional and weren’t overwelming, something I quite liked!

The security guard and the valet were talking about me in Arabic when I arrived and it seemed like they were making jokes about me which in all cases I didn’t quite like. The valet gave the guard 50 dinars as I was just sitting outside and they tried to impress me. They asked where I was from and they assumed I couldn’t understand Arabic. Then I said I can understand some Arabic and they reacted shocked. I tried to mind my own business, but somehow they were a little bit too minded with my business. I think this hotel can do much better as for “welcoming staff”. Honestly the behaviour was a shame because the rest of the staff treated me super nicely.

Resonable value for money with helpful staff but rooms are tired and a bit shabby

Wifi not great and hotel needs a bit of updating with new carpets. Only one socket in room worked and electrics not well installed

The location and breakfast.

Facilities/Ac/telephone/TV/furniture (couperd)Bathroom facility like slipper,Toothpaste.Prayers carpet

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel, the staff is very helpful and very friendly especially Mr Iskandar helped us a lot in reserving to visit Petra. The room is clean and big and they pass everyday to double check if we need smthg.Taxi drivers are too kind. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty.I really recommend it.

Helpful staff and easy check in when arriving very late.

The hotel needs a bit of love.

Good location , nice stuff

Not clean hotel , very old furniture , very bad air condition , ir was very noise at noght because its very close to the street , bad smell in my room !

The rooms is big enough, and the pools were amazing

I needed to request a towel two times after the room service cleaned the room.

Clean room and bathroom. Nice facilities.

Although hotel is a bit old, but no effect on comfort and cleanliness. Nothing really to complain about.

Nice hotel in classic style, friendly staff, good breakfast

It was convenient for the thing I needed to do and has some good facilities a nice bar and a breakfast is absolutely superb.

The title grand is a little bit outdated. It really needs a massive refurbishment in the both rooms(I stayed in the sister property for two nights) the bath or the shower didn’t work properly. There’s an overriding smell of tobacco throughout the whole property, but that’s actually Jordan all over.

Everything. Clean, quiet and comfortable. It is very classy and elegant. The staff is discreet and polite.

Spacious and clean room. Special thanks to Mr. Iskander very helpful, accommodating, and kind person. He upgraded us to a room with breakfast (our original booking was without breakfast) and he allowed us to keep the room longer for free as we had a late-night flight. Free access to the Regency Hotel with rooftop pool, DJ, indoor pool, and spectacular views of Amman. Best breakfast and dinner buffet also. Highly recommended.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can use the pool and roof top bar at the connected hotel, the Regency Palace.

There is no shop within close range. Busy and Abdali neighborhood is walking distance, but the way there is not pleasant for pedestrians.

The staff were incredible - so polite and friendly and accommodating , they went out of their way to help with everything and anything needed

The rooms are quite dated in design , and the location is abit noisy as next to a school and motorway
